September Self-Care: A Wellness Ritual for the New Season

September has arrived, bringing with it the first fresh breezes of autumn and a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with yourself. After a busy summer, this month is ideal for slowing down and dedicating some quality time to yourself. I want to share with you some of my favorite rituals to make September a month of pure self-care and well-being.
 

1. Meditation and Aromatherapy

Nothing beats starting or ending the day with a few minutes of meditation. Accompany this moment with a scented candle infused with pure essential oils that will help you calm your mind and deeply relax. This small ritual can transform your mood and prepare you for whatever lies ahead.

2. Enjoy your favorite tea or infusion
